Terms

How we work: one-off projects, monthly plans and workshops, for companies, organisations and professionals.

1. Who you’re dealing with

1.1 Mira Contents is the trading name of Erik Gustavo Lindgren, trading as Mira Contents, sole trader (trabalhador independente), NIF 312974051, [address], mira@miracontents.com (“we”, “us”). Mira is a one-person studio: Erik Lindgren does the work.

1.2 Projects (Production), monthly plans (Monthly) and workshops (Training) are sold and invoiced directly by Erik Gustavo Lindgren, under a written quote or plan confirmation.

2. Quotes, prices and payment

2.1 A project, plan or workshop is booked when you accept our written quote or plan confirmation by email.

2.2 Prices on this site exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies, and every invoice is a certified Portuguese invoice (fatura). Project and workshop prices are starting prices; the quote sets the price.

2.3 Projects and workshops, unless your quote says otherwise: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Monthly plans: invoiced monthly, in advance.

3. Projects (Production)

3.1 First-version times on this site count from when we have the brief and the footage (for explainers, the approved script). If we can’t meet one, we tell you as soon as we know.

3.2 Two revision rounds are included. More are quoted.

3.3 You confirm that you have the rights to what you send us — footage, recordings of calls, logos, music — and the consent of the people in it.

3.4 Once the final invoice is paid, the finished film is yours to use as agreed in the quote. Music is licensed for the uses agreed in the quote.

3.5 We show a client film in our portfolio only with your written permission.

4. Monthly plans (Monthly)

4.1 A plan starts on the date in your confirmation and runs for an initial 3 months, then month to month.

4.2 After the initial 3 months, either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice by email.

4.3 Each plan includes a set number of videos a month, as described on the Monthly page and in your confirmation. Unused videos carry over one month, then lapse. Extra videos are charged at the plan’s rate.

4.4 Two revision rounds per video. First-version times count from when we have your footage or brief.

4.5 You can change plans at the end of any month. Sections 3.3 to 3.5 apply to every video.

4.6 Places are limited. If a plan is full, we tell you when one opens.

5. Workshops (Training)

5.1 A workshop is for a team of up to 8 people unless the quote says otherwise, plus travel outside Lisbon and Cascais.

5.2 Everyone filmed signs a consent form we provide. Footage filmed in the workshop is handled as described in our Privacy notice.

5.3 We finish the workshop video within 3 working days, with one revision round. It’s included in the price.

5.4 Pilot workshops (November and December 2026) cost €750 instead of €1,500, finished video included. In return we ask for honest feedback, a few photos taken with everyone’s consent and, if you’re happy, a short testimonial.

5.5 Each participant gets an attendance record (topics and hours). It is not a certification.

6. The course waitlist (Learn)

Learn is a waitlist only: nothing is sold yet. Before seats go on sale, the course’s own terms will be published here.

7. If you buy as a consumer

Our services are for businesses and professionals. If you buy as a consumer (not for your trade or business) and we agree the contract at a distance, you can withdraw within 14 days of the agreement, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email mira@miracontents.com with a clear statement. You can use the model form. Sending it before the 14 days end is enough.

If you asked us to start work within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the work already done, in proportion to the whole service, and get the rest back within 14 days of your withdrawal.

None of this limits any other right you have by law.

8. Cancellations and changes

See Refunds & cancellations. If we have to cancel or move a project or workshop date, you choose: a full refund of what you’ve paid, or the new date.

9. Confidentiality and data

We treat your material and anything unreleased as confidential and use it only for your project, plan or workshop.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy notice. We sign a GDPR data-processing agreement (art. 28) on request.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or a liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

11. Complaints and disputes

11.1 Write to mira@miracontents.com first; we reply within 2 working days.

11.2 These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of the law of the country where they live.

Quem somos

Mira Contents é o nome comercial de Erik Gustavo Lindgren, com o nome comercial Mira Contents, trabalhador independente, NIF 312974051, [address], mira@miracontents.com. É um estúdio de uma só pessoa: o trabalho é feito pelo Erik Lindgren.

Projetos, planos mensais e workshops

  • São vendidos e faturados diretamente por Erik Gustavo Lindgren, com fatura certificada, com base num orçamento ou confirmação de plano aceite por email.
  • Os preços no site não incluem IVA; acresce IVA, se aplicável. Projetos e workshops: 50% no início, 50% na entrega, salvo indicação em contrário. Planos mensais: faturados mensalmente, adiantados.
  • Projetos: os prazos da primeira versão contam a partir do momento em que temos o briefing e as imagens (nos vídeos explicativos, o guião aprovado). Duas rondas de revisão incluídas. Depois de paga a fatura final, o filme é seu, para os usos acordados.
  • Planos mensais: 3 meses iniciais, depois mês a mês; qualquer das partes pode terminar com 30 dias de aviso. Vídeos não usados passam para o mês seguinte uma vez.
  • Workshops: até 8 pessoas por equipa; formulário de consentimento para quem é filmado; terminamos o vídeo em 3 dias úteis, incluído no preço; pilotos a 750 € em novembro e dezembro.
  • Learn é apenas uma lista de espera: nada está à venda.
  • Se comprar como consumidor e o contrato for celebrado à distância, pode resolvê-lo no prazo de 14 dias, sem indicar o motivo. Se pediu para começarmos dentro desse prazo, paga o trabalho já feito.

Reclamações e resolução de litígios

Escreva primeiro para mira@miracontents.com; respondemos em 2 dias úteis. Aplica-se a lei portuguesa, sem prejuízo da proteção conferida ao consumidor pelas normas imperativas do país onde reside.
